Here's how switching works in just four easy steps.
STEP 1
Complete the MEDICAL RELEASE FORM and submit as part of the GET STARTED FORM below.
STEP 2
We'll coordinate the switch with your insurance and current CPAP supplier.
STEP 3
Discuss with our sleep coach how your therapy is going. They will then make recommendations and confirm your supplies.
STEP 4
Apria delivers your CPAP equipment and supplies and bills your insurance.
